Gauge Pressure Transmitters

Gauge Pressure transmitters compare process pressure relative to atmospheric pressure, providing fast, stable, and accurate measurements for gases and liquids across industrial applications.

  • Analog/HART or digital protocols; easy integration with DCS/PLC
  • Measures pressure vs. ambient (gauge) for pipelines, tanks, and utilities.

Differential Pressure Transmitters

Differential Pressure (DP) is defined as the difference between two pressures. Differential Pressure Transmitters use a reference point called the low-side pressure and compare it to the high-side pressure. Ports in the instrument are marked high-side and low-side.

  • 4–20 mA (HART) or digital options (e.g., Modbus/Fieldbus); easy integration with DCS/PLC.
  • Ideal for flow (with primary elements like orifice/venturi/pitot), pressurized-tank level (hydrostatic head), and filter/strainer health monitoring.

Absolute Pressure

Absolute Pressure transmitters compare a pressure relative to Absolute pressure. Absolute pressure is always a positive value.

  • Designed for true vacuum and absolute measurements—ideal where atmospheric changes would skew gauge readings.

Diaphragm Seal System

Diaphragm Seal System can be used to measure liquid, gas, or steam flow as well as liquid level, density, and pressure.

  • Works with 4–20 mA (HART) and digital protocols for seamless DCS/PLC integration.
  • Seal types: flush/flanged (wafer), inline/flow-through, threaded, pancake/extended, and dual remote seals for DP/level service.
  • Wetted materials and linings to suit the media: 316L, Duplex, Hastelloy®, Monel®, Tantalum; PTFE/PFA options.
  • Fill fluids matched to duty: silicone (general), high-temperature, food-grade, halocarbon/inert (oxygen/chlorine service), vacuum-compatible.
  • Sanitary options: Tri-Clamp, polished finishes (e.g., Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), CIP/SIP capable; 3-A/EHEDG compatible designs available.
  • Handles extreme temperature and plugging risks; remote capillaries provide thermal isolation and allow mounting away from vibration/heat.

Wireless Differential Pressure/Pressure Transmitters

We offers a complete line of ISA100 compliant pressure transmitters. The line includes transmitters that can measure differential pressure, absolute pressure, and gauge pressure.
